Each email you receive has an opt-out link and also a opt-back in link. So just find the type of email you'd like to receive again in your mail client and click the opt-back in link. This is likely because the messages weren't viewed before being hidden with “Hide messages and logs before date” feature. So just turn that off from “Profile” then click in to the message feeds to “view” them. Then turn that feature back on.

Logging a meals on previous day is referred to as a back log. Meal monitoring is most effective if done as close to the meal as possible. We know this isn't always easy or possible. It is advisable to have your clients sign an agreement about the usage of the app when linked with you. This agreement is outside of the Nourishly terms of use an privacy policy they also agree to.
