Logging a meals on previous day is referred to as a back log. Meal monitoring is most effective if done as close to the meal as possible. We know this  isn't always easy or possible. So we allow logging meals from up to three days ago. You can backlog up to 5 meals per day. If you are linked with a clinician they can remove these limitation for you.

There are two ways to backlog meals.

Option 1)

Click “Check-In” then “Back Log Meal”
Pick the day and then the time
Log the meal as per normal

Option 2)

Tap a day in the last 3 days.
Tap “Add Log”
Tap “Meal”
Select a time for the meal
Log the meal as per normal

next yesterday retroactive backlog late past
