I left a long gap between eating and recording, what should I do?
It is completely normal to fall behind once in a while. There may be circumstances when it is very difficult to log a meal, or life can get in the way or prioritizing you and recovery. Try to log your next or last meal at the next opportunity, even if you don't feel quite ready; it gets harder to get back on track the longer you wait!! Of course, we will always be here for you :-)
