Can you cancel my subscription for me?
If you are paying for your subscription directly (i.e. it is not an Apple managed subscription) we can assist you with cancelling. Please contact support, ideally once logged in and then clicking “FAQ, Handbook & Support” in the left menu then “Support” or alternatively from our contact page. If you use the contact page please provide the same email address as the account you wish to cancel. We'll need to email you to confirm.
Having said that it will be faster process to follow this guide for cancelling your subscription.
