Tap the Gear/Settings icon top right of a meal or behavior log or go to “More” → “Settings” → Customize log questions"
Tap “Add custom feeling” button
Pick a feeling icon from our library of icons, give the feeling a name and then put in textural values from lowest to highest.
Click “Done” when completed. When “Reason Text” is on, when the feeling is endorsed and optional “Reason” text field is provided.
You can edit or delete the question from just above the “Add custom question”
