I am worried someone will look at my logs. How can I keep them secure?

The Recovery Record icon is very discrete to help you maintain privacy, and an App sure does beat a piece of paper! You can also add a passcode lock on your mobile phone and/or turn on the Recovery Record Passcode lock in the settings section - you will be the only one with the access to the passcode and the App. You can also turn on Discrete Reminders so that your meal reminders say whatever you’d like them to say.
