Can I talk directly with other users?

You can opt-in to the Pair Up feature which allows you to connect with another user anonymously and securely and send them virtual gifts and messages of hope. We haven’t enabled direct chat as there is some research that shows this can be triggering for some. You can also link with your practitioner and chat with them in the Team Chat section.
