How to change the meal reminder texts

You can change the meal log reminder texts by using a feature we call “Discrete Reminders”. Go to “More” → “Settings” → “Discrete Reminders”. Turn them on then edit each of the 6 rows to suite your needs. By default they are sortof “Cryptic” but mention the meail they correspond to. But you can edit to anything you like.
