What is the difference between the password and the passcode?

When you setup a clinician account you are providing your email and password. The password must be at least 8 characters and meet some minimum complexity requirements. You can use this account to sign in using a browser or the iPhone or Android app.

In addition to your password, we have a passcode for quickly unlocking the app on iPhone or Android. This is a 4 digit code.  

Note: Instead of using a passcode to unlock the app you can use FaceID or TouchID in our iPhone/iPad app or Biometric unlock in our Android app.
