Photos are not loading in the app
A few things to try, firstly confirm they are loading in the web interface by logging in at https://www.recoveryrecord.com/app/clinician. Once confirmed the photos are there then on your app, click into the client then click the third icon along the bottom to see the client's menu then click “{Name}'s Profile” toward the bottom then click “Resync all client logs” toward the bottom.
If they still don't come through, check that your phone has plenty of free storage. On iPhone you'd go to the “Settings” app then “General” then “iPhone storage" on Android, launch the “Settings” app then scroll down to “Storage”.
