Photos are not loading in the app
A few things to try, firstly confirm they are loading in the web interface by logging in at https://www.recoveryrecord.com/app/clinician. Once confirmed the photos are there then on your app, click into the patient then click the third icon along the bottom to see the patient's menu then click “{Name}'s Profile” toward the bottom then click “Resync all patient logs” toward the bottom.
If they still don't come through, check that your phone has plenty of free storage. On iPhone you'd go to the “Settings” app then “General” then “iPhone storage" on Android, launch the “Settings” app then scroll down to “Storage”.
