I have less than the minimum number of clinicians, what should I do?

If you have less than five clinicians at your clinic then each clinician should buy a Single Clinician License (See Pricing). You can have all clinicians paying using the same credit card by buying each subscription via the clinician web interface and not from the clinician App (which will use Apple/Android subscriptions). If they are currently paying on a personal credit card they can follow these instructions to update it.
We recommend monthly subscriptions if putting on a work credit card. They are a little more expensive but clinicians tend to come and go and you don't want to pay for the full year if they leave.
