Good news! You can sign in on more than one device. Just install the RR app on your devices and log into the same account in "Account". You will then be able to access your logs and other information on multiple devices. Please note that some settings/RR configurations will be device specific and some will be shared between devices. e.g. On a tablet you might want a different log configuration than on a phone because it is easier to write more.
