I'm not getting push notifications when a client messages me

Could be one of three things. (1) The notification for “New Messages” is disabled for that client. (2) Notifications are disabled for the entire app (3) The phone is set to “Do not disturb” profile.
(1) Checking if notifications for new messages are on for a client. Note: this setting is per client.

Launch the “Settings App” then Click “Notifications”
