What is the minimum number of clinicians for a clinic license?

We have a minimum of five clinicians for a clinic license. Clinic Licenses come with lots of extras including 1:1 training and it wouldn't be a cost effective option for groups under 6 compared to just individually purchasing single clinician licenses.
