A clinician at my clinic has an account with their personal email. What should they do?
Two options.
- Change their email to the work email address by following these instructions.
- Register a new account for work at https://www.recoveryrecord.com/register. If they want to keep their personal account and work account they'll need to decide which account to be signed into on their phone. If they want to change which one they should delete and reinstall the app and then sign into the correct one.
Once they are using their work email, make sure they are covered by the license (or add them). See

Also best make sure the personal email address isn't also covered by the license
