How to add a clinician to the Clinic License

Auto add to license (Most cases)
Most clinic license are configured to auto add clinicians to the license that are registering with an email with your company/clinic domain name. If this is the case, they should just go ahead and register for the appropriate clinician account using their work email address.

- Recovery Path Clinician
If by adding this additional clinician to the license goes over the pre-arranged auto-add maximum then the clinic license manager will get an email with actions to quickly add them or manage the existing clinicians on the license.
Manually Adding
This can be done before or after the clinician creates an account. The email must match the clinicians registered email address.
- A Clinic License admin logs into the Clinic License Dashboard.
- If they are setup as an Admin, click the last tab along the top called “Clinician List”
- Click “Add Clinician To License”
- Enter First Name, Last Name and Email. The rest are optional and just help categorize for larger groups.
- Click Add
- They are now on the license and will have unlimited access.
