How to remove a clinician from a license

Prerequisite: This needs to be done by someone who has an Admin role for the Clinic License Dashboard
- Log into the Clinic License Dashboard
- Click the last tab along the top “Clinician List” (If you don't see this then you don't have admin rights so ask the clinic manager to do it and share this article with them).
- This will display a table of Clinicians covered by the license
- Click “Remove” in the last column for the clinician account you'd like to remove
