How can I change language in the app?

The app has been translated to English, German and Danish. Which one is chosen by the operating system (iOS or Android) based on your language preferences.
On iPhone you can adjust your language preferences by following https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204031. You can add multiple languages there so if for example your native language is french but you speak some English, put english second and then when you go into the app it will be English (instead of say German)
