We currently support up to 6 meal log reminders. If you'd like more than that, we recommend using either iPhone or Android's built in reminder capabilities. Here is how to add an additional meal reminder for each platform:

iPhone:

Open the Reminders App: Tap the Reminders app on your iPhone. It's typically located on the home screen.

Create a New Reminder: Tap on the "+" icon usually found in the top right corner of the screen. Choose "Reminder" from the options.

Enter Reminder Details: Type in your reminder details, such as "Eat a fruit snack".

Set a Time: Tap the "i" icon next to your reminder to access more options. Here, you can set a specific time for your reminder. Choose say 2 PM as the time.

Make it Daily: Under the "Remind me on a day" option, turn on the toggle. Then, select "Repeat" and choose "Every Day" to make sure the reminder repeats daily at say 2 PM.

Save the Reminder: After setting the time and repeat options, tap "Done" to save your reminder.

Android:

Activate Google Assistant: Say "Ok Google" or long-press the Home button to activate Google Assistant.

Create a Reminder: Say or type "Remind me to eat fruit every day at 2 PM."

Confirm Reminder Details: Google Assistant will show a summary of your reminder. Check that it says "Every day at 2 PM" for "Eat fruit." If it's correct, confirm the reminder.

Save the Reminder: After confirming the details, Google Assistant will save your reminder.

There are other approaches on Android too.
