The therapeutic value of logging meals diminishes the longer the time has elapsed between the meal and when it is logged. We limit it to three days to discourage the practice of back-logging meals. If you are linked with a clinician, they can disable this limitation at their discretion. 

If you really, really, really want this limitation removed for your account. Please contact support. But it is there for sound clinical reasons.
