Why can't clients record self-harm and suicidal ideation?

Although self-harm is a common behavior associated with eating disorders, and one in need of close monitoring, we are still exploring potential liability issues associated with such a feature, along with suicidal tendencies.
We've heard that many clinicians have decided to use the custom questions feature to ask adjacent or related questions in a way that they are comfortable with from a liability standpoint.
