Yes. But the photo needs to have been taken on the same day you are logging for. 

Tap “Check-In” along the bottom then “Back Log Meal”. Pick the day and time. Under “What did you eat and drink?” tap the “photo” button and pick a photo that was taken on the day of the meal.
