A client I was linked with has disappeared. What happened?

They likely have unlinked. You can check the linking history from
- iPhone/Android - Tap “Clients” along the bottom nav bar then scroll to the bottom of the list of clients and tap “Link History”
- Web - In the main menu click “Manage Clients” then scroll to the bottom and click “Link History” in the bottom right.
If you can't find history of the link there then you like have two registered accounts.
