How to log a meal for a previous day (e.g. yesterday)

A few options

  1.  Via regular meal log:
    1. Click the middle log button then the Knife and Fork button to log a meal
    2. For question “How long ago did you eat?” tap “Other” then “A previous day” and pick the day (it will default to yesterday)
  2.  Via the home screen day list
    1.  To the right of the home screen tap the day of the week
    2. Tap the checkbox for the day under the Knife and Fork icon
  3.  From the log calendar
    1. Tap the “Logs” button along the bottom
    2. Tap “Calendar” if not already selected along the top
    3. Tap the day you want to log for then “Add Log” then pick “Meal”
