Caregivers can securely message you through the Family App once they are linked with you. They can send messages directly to an individual treatment team member or include multiple linked team members, making it easier to share updates, questions, and relevant information about what is happening at home between sessions. Messaging can help you stay informed and identify issues that may be useful to address in treatment without requiring caregivers to rely on separate emails or texts. Importantly, using messaging does not require you to be continuously available or monitor the app in real time. You can establish your own communication expectations and boundaries with families, including when you review messages and when they can expect a response.
