No. Your Family App account and your child’s Recovery Record account are separate accounts and are not directly linked to each other.

The Family App is your caregiver space for monitoring meals, recording observations, accessing caregiver support, and communicating with the treatment team, while your child’s Recovery Record account is their individual space for tracking their own meals, behaviors, thoughts, and recovery experiences when that is appropriate for their stage of recovery.

If you and your child are both linked with the same clinician, the clinician can see information from both accounts in their clinician portal, but they will see your Family App information and your child’s Recovery Record information separately. You will not automatically see what your child enters in Recovery Record through the Family App, and your child will not automatically see what you enter in the Family App. If you are actively involved in monitoring your child’s recovery and need access to their Recovery Record entries, you and your treatment team can decide how best to manage that access, which may include having your child share their Recovery Record login information with you.
