When should I log meals?
Log an entry as close to the time of your meal, or the meal you skipped, as possible; this will make sure your records are accurate and help you to manage, and understand feelings and thoughts associated with meals. Try to be as complete and honest in your entries as possible.
If you couldn't log immediately after a meal, don't beat yourself up - it happens! You can log meal, thought and feeling entries any time you like, whether that be at the end of the day or the next day.
