The Family App Home Screen gives caregivers quick access to the primary tools they can use to support recovery between sessions. From the Home Screen, caregivers can create new entries to log meals, triggers, behaviors, thoughts, and other relevant observations; access messaging with their treatment team; review their logs; and navigate to additional settings and resources. They also have quick access to caregiver-focused skills, strategies, affirmations, resources, and a calming breathing exercise that can provide support during challenging moments. Banners at the top of the screen alert caregivers to clinician messages, reminders, notifications, or tasks that may need their attention.

The Home Screen is intentionally designed to keep both monitoring tools and caregiver support easily accessible, reinforcing that the Family App is not simply a tracking tool but also a resource to help caregivers feel more supported and effective in their role.
