My pair up never sends virtual gifts

This is just unlucky. Some users don't send virtual gifts and we can't do much about that. Also some user stop using the app. You get a new pair up every couple of days. Some people just get an unlucky streak.
If you want to force getting a new pair up. Please turn the Pair Up feature off then back on again.
