It is advisable to have your clients sign an agreement about the usage of the app when linked with you. This agreement is outside of the Recovery Record terms of use an privacy policy they also agree to. Using a client agreement helps make things clearer for the client and can is good to have in place for the clinician.
We've put together a template agreement you are welcome to use directly or adapt to your needs. Please note there is some USA centric language in parts (e.g. HIPAA) that practices operating outside of USA should remove.
