Can I have a brief orientation to what is on the home screen?
The Home Screen is designed to give you quick access to the tools and support you may need as you help your child through recovery. Along the bottom of the screen, you’ll find buttons that take you to your logs, messaging, and the “More” section.
The “+” button is the main way to add a new entry and allows you to log a meal, trigger, behavior, thought, or other helpful information that you and your clinician can review. You can also access a calming breathing exercise when you need a moment of support.
Quick-access tiles on the Home Screen connect you to caregiver-focused skills, strategies, affirmations, and resources that can be especially helpful during challenging moments. At the top of the screen, banners may appear when you receive a message from your clinician or have a reminder, notification, or task that needs your attention. The Home Screen is designed to keep the most important monitoring, communication, and caregiver-support tools easy to find and use.
