We have our standard BAA that we will sign for anyone who has an NPI. If you want a custom BAA signed please contact us. We typically only do this for clinic accounts or enterprise customers.

Request a BAA signed from the Web Interface
- Sign in at https://www.recoveryrecord.com/app/clinician
- Click “BAA” in the left hand menu
- Set your NPI (Individual or Group)
- Review the BAA and indicate if you or someone at your organization will sign.
- If you, sign it and we'll counter sign it and send it back via email within a couple of days.
