Setup "Out of office" for when you are away

When you go on holiday or just need some down-time we encourage you to turn on “Out of office”. This lets your linked patients know you are out and to not expect responses to messages. Each time you launch the app or login on web while you have out of office turned on it will ask you if you want to turn it off.
