Why isn't the coping skills menu item showing up for my linked patient?

If you've enabled “DBT Diary Cards” for that patient then by default the skills are contained in the diary card feature and are DBT focussed. 

Enable skills outside of DBT Diary Cards

- You can enable skills outside of the DBT Diary cards by going to the patient menu then “DBT Diary Cards” then click the Gear icon top right and tap “Allow skills outside of diary cards”

Modify skills for DBT Diary cards

You can change the assigned DBT diary skills from the patient menu then click the Gear icon top right. Then click into  "Skill Used"
