This tutorial will show you how to take advantage of our Sleep and Stool tracking features. Sleep and eating dysregulation often go hand in hand. As such, helping your patient to understand their sleep patterns and maintain good sleep hygiene can be foundational to their recovery. Some patients additionally experience metabolic disruption resulting from periods of dietary restriction or laxative abuse.
