Clinician iPhone or Android App

By default the patient app only allows meals to be logged for the current day and the previous 3 days. It also only allows 5 meals to be logged for previous days per day. As a clinician you can change this behavior. Here is how on iPhone. For web, please checkout our full article on this.

Clinician iPhone or Android App

Tap into the Patient's menu (3rd icon along the bottom). Then tap "Configure Log Questions.
Scroll down to the bottom and turn off limiting backlogged meals.
The Patient then is able to select any date for the meal by clicking “Older” and there is no limit to the number of logs they can backlog per day.

Clinician Web

In the Patient's menu, click “Log Questions Asked”. Then scroll to the bottom and click on the “Limit number of meals…” box to toggle it to “OFF”.
